I was very pleased at how nice and cool this No7 MenopauseSkin Instant Cooling Mist made me feel. I used it on My face and neck area. The cooling sensation was instant. The mist came out as a fine mist which was nice. I felt immediate relief from hot flashes. The down side for me was that my face did break out after using it so unfortunately I stopped using it and won't use the product again. Not sure what ingredient in the mist contributed to a breakout. To bad.

I'm at the age that ive started getting hot flashes and this spray is very refreshing! The smell is nice and it cools immediately. It's a bit wet and I guess I was expecting it to be a little lighter, that's why it's not 5 stars. I would still recommend this spray to anyone going through this torture! It works!

I love this product. I m in my late 40s and started to menopause, so anything that brings hot flashes down and relieve the feeling of constant uncomfortable sweating is very helpful.

#1 It is not a mist, it is a spray #2 I guess you can call it cooling but, it only is because it's a spray. #3 It's supposed to be like rosewater which is beneficial and cooling on the skin but, this spray contains alcohol which unfortunately is drying on the skin. There are other cooling sprays/mists on the market that I've purchased that are beneficial and don't contain alcohol in it's ingredients. #4 It smells great!! The smell is truly of fresh roses. So I guess if you love the smell of roses and you don't mind alcohol as an ingredient in a facial spray then this product is for you.

I really enjoyed this product. As soon as you spray this on your face you get an instant cooling sensation. It works great with or without makeup. Does not leave your skin sticky. My skin feels soft and refreshed after use. It kind of cooled me down instantly. Especially now when we have 90+ degree weather. This is a great product! I love No 7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist. It's perfect if you are experiencing menopause symptoms such as hot flashes but it's also great when it's really hot and you need an instant cooling. I've been using this few times a day;I have enjoyed this product and it has not irritated my reactive skin. And I really liked the rose scent. Highly recommended product!!!

This No7 Menopause Cooling Mist is a lovely, refreshing product. It provides instant relief and has a rose scent similar to Jurlique's facial mist. I feel that ANY facial mist, especially if stored in the refrigerator, would provide the same results though.

I'm not currently experiencing hot flashes, but we have been living through a heatwave and drought, and this instant cooling mist really helps. It's a very fine mist that feels gently refreshing, and it helps my skin feel more hydrated (probably due to the glycerin mixed with the water.) I know it's simple, and I want expecting much, but this really did improve my day they told I used it. I'm a fan.

I was very skeptical when I first received this cooling mist, but I have been pleasantly surprised with it so far. It has a nice rose scent, no burning or discomfort when applied and really does calm my skin when hot/flushed. The biggest plus for me is that it dries without leaving any residue or weird stickiness behind. Definitely a product I would recommend if you are having any sort of hormonal hot/flushed skin issues.

It's real ya'll! Love the scent, refreshing, and it moisturizes. I was reluctant to use at first because I do not like being sprayed in the face but this is different. It is a calming, light spray that you will go to for those hot flashes. I absolutely love this for the moisturizing effect also. My skin feels so soft after using it. I received this spray as part of a free sample program for my honest opinion.

This product felt really good when it was first put on. Although it did feel a bit too wet. After a couple of uses and adjustments to how much and how close I have it when misting, it was better. It has a faint smell but nothing off-putting. It is a nice boost in the hot and humid weather this time of the year.
