I really didn't need to use this much! But I did like the cool light feeling it gave me! The fragrance was very delightful!

Cools you down and the fragrance notes from the essential oils help relax you as well. I was keeping this in my bag as it's a convenient size but had it taken from me by TSA going on a flight- with this said, I'll definitely be replacing this product! Love it!

I love this product . It felt so refreshing and especially when I sprayed it on whatever body part and used a fan made it feel a lot better. Cannot wait to try other products

I like it, but I don't love it. Granted when I 1st sprayed it on my my face, I felt instant relief, but that didn't last. I was hoping that it would last more 30 minutes, but it's a great source of instant relief.

I'm not sure why or what about this product is supposed to be for Menopause. It is a great cooling spray, nothing fancy. Take this as you may, it does smell like citronella, but wasn't tested to see if it keeps mosquitos away.

I live in Texas so the combination of menopausal body heat and Texas humidity is sometimes unbearable. I was very excited to participate in this campaign and receive a bottle of No7 menopause cooling spray. As soon as I got my package in the mail I opened it and used the spray. I was instantly in love with the light scent out of the watermelon which is my all-time favorite. Despite itself is absolutely refreshing and I have used it almost daily. I highly recommend this product even to those who are not in menopause because it not only has a wonderful scent but also because I missed his very cooling. I have used it with my makeup on and it did not disturb my makeup. I am so happy that I was able to test the No7 cooling mist. I definitely buy this to keep on hand for those miserable humid days and even on days when I just need a pick me up. Thank you so much for allowing me to test No7 cooling mist.

This spray smells and feels just like cool rose petals on my face. I find myself using it two or more times a day in this heat of over 90 degrees every day. Just a spritz cools the red, sweaty, face in a second.

This skin cooling mist has been a lifesaver. I'm 51 and going thru it, like everything from hotflashes to irritability. I often wake up during the night drenched in sweat but as soon as I spray this on my face & chest is get instant relief. It cools my skin and makes it feel hydrated. I live in Florida where you sweat year round and this really helps cool my skin. My favorite thing is that its co-created by menopausal women & its dermatologist approved for menopausal women. I Definetly recommend this product AND the entire line available. There is nothing like it on the market.

This was my first time ever using a cooling mist! Was very impressed! Absolutely love it! I am pre menopausal and stay hot all the time! This had been a miracle!Definitely would recommend to anyone who is going through the change of life!

This product was ok. It gave instant coolness; however, the coolness did not last very long. It did feel hydrating while cooling and had a pleasant smell, not overpowering, Just wished the coolness lasted more than an "instant."
