Surprisingly this skin mist was refreshing. It made my skin feel cool and light.

Truly this was basically like spraying cool water on my face. The only difference—a light scent. I'm still not sure what purpose it serves other than a momentary cooling of the skin. If that is its only real use, I can fill a spray bottle with cool water for free.

I honestly wanted so much to love the No7 MenopauseSkin Instant Cooling Mist. I have been having awful hot flashes over the past 6 months (and I live in Florida where humid heat is unlike anything you've ever felt!). I had hoped the cooling mist would feel...well, cooling and refreshing but I didn't experience it myself. I even thought how wonderful it would feel chilled but didn't want to mess with the integrity of the product by refrigerating it. I will 100% agree that the product is very hydrating though.

This was a great product to try. It did leave my skin so soft and hydrated. This has been a struggle for me but I am so glad to have found this product.

Rosewater spray is available all over the internet. I have ysed both ghst and No. 7 and honestly, less expensive to just buy rosewater and that doesn't have Menopause Skin Care big on the bottle.

I liked the idea of No7 Menepause Skin Instant Cooling Mist and what it was supposed to do. I was excited to try this product as it was sent to me to review. It was convenient to carry around in my bag. The cooling mist is simple to use, and yes it does give a very brief cooling and relaxing feeling. Unfortunately in my opinion that was as far as it went. The cool feeling didn't last long, and just added more wetness to my sweaty face. On the plus side it did not feel oily and my face is feeling softer which is always nice. I didn't feel this product gave me much relief from a hot flashes but it did soften my face!! Lose a little gain a little.

For those of us going thru this time this is a "Need" item! Use anytime anywhere for a refreshing feeling!!!

Living in the very Humid and Hot Gulf South, I was initially concerned that this product would leave my face feeling sticky or "tacky", or that it would smear any make-up I happened to be wearing. I was quite surprised. It is refreshing as soon as it's applied. No 7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist is very light, doesn't feel like a layer of something applied to my skin and is SO convenient that it can be carried with you anywhere!

I've never been a big fan of rose scented products although I love the smell of real roses. This cooling mist has a very strong rose scent but luckily for me, it dissipates quickly. I say luckily because I really like the cooling mist. It is a refreshing cool - not an intense cool. Just a quick spray on my face and then another on the back of my neck and instant relief! So if you love rose fragrances, you will really love this! If you don't like rose fragrances then you will still like this cooling mist.

I received this NO7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist in exchange for a review. I have been experiencing menopause and hot flashes for a few years now, so I was very interested in trying this product. It really does cool the skin in a soothing mist, which also lends a bit of moisture with it. Living in a very dry region, I need all the moisture I can get.
