This is such an intriguing product that was fascinating to try! It definitely cools you down. I typically use the waters that spray made by various swanky brands and find them effective, but this was more so. I think this is superior as to its cooling properties. I could tell a big difference in how much cooler this made me feel. It had more of a fragrance than I was expecting, but faded fairly quickly so it wasn't a problem. My only issue is that it felt a bit drying to my skin with repeated use. I have dry skin to start with so that could be an issue for others. I think if you don't have dry skin it wouldn't be a problem for you. It certainly is effective and at times, I wanted relief from being hot more than I cared about my skin feeling a touch dry. Overall, I think this a great product, I just had to deduct a star for the drying. I don't have that issue with the spray waters, but they don't work as well as this does so it's a bit of a trade off.

Where I live is very dry, thus mist helps my skin get a splash of freshness thru the day. I love the scent.

it was lovely w/ a pleasant smell and indeed refreshing. however, i don't feel that it performed better than some of the other refreshing facial mists. i'd use it if the price was right, but probably wouldn't go out of my way to purchase.

The No7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist works great. I took it to work with me, & every time I got hot, I would use it. Instant cool off. I really like it.

I bought this on a whim, the summer here in NJ has been incredibly hot. I had a coupon (which turns out didn't apply) so I looked at the products and this cooling face mist caught my eye. It's light, cooling (as it promises to be), not sticky and best of all has a light and pleasant scent. I am very sensitive to strong scents and almost always steer clear of any scented product. But this is delightful, like the old fashioned rosewater my grandmother use to use. I'd highly recommend a different name for this line of products, though. I am well past menopause and No. 7 makes me think I could do better - (like, hey where's number one??).

I have been using this obsessively for 2 weeks. We have had a heat wave. I spray it after my shower, after I apply makeup, on my way to work, at work, and before bed. There is a cooling that last for 15 to 20 minutes.

I used the cooling mist quite a few times especially during the most recent heat wave. Did it work. Yes. But I am not so sure that a spitz of plain water wouldn't have been as refreshing. Difference is cooling effect probabably lasted a bit longer but again can't be positive. I will keep using as I am overall happy with product. Just not sure I would be willing to pay a premium price. I will also recommend to my friends who are having issues so they can try for themselves. Overall a good product and my skin is happy and not dry at all

I loved this moisturizing cool mist especially for a refresher during and after a day in the sun on the boat! It fits nicely in my purse or tote. It is always in my bag when we camp, go fishing or boating! Lightly tones and cools after a day in the elements. I will purchase again.

While there was a brief cooling sensation, I have to say that I was unable to truly utilize the product with frequency as the scent was overpowering and reminded me of my Great Grandmothers' perfume.

This works great. I drive all day and I get really hot fast. I used this for awhile now and it really does cool you down. It also hydrates your skin
