I like this toner. My skin type is somewhere between oily and normal. I have been using it for about 2.5 years. I will continue to use it. It does not break out my skin nor does it burn or sting. My skin feels comfortable and not tight after using.

I like this toner but I liked the old toner better ! Easy to use but burns eyes and lips ever though I don’t use it in that area.

I have been using Toning Water and I really liked how it leaves my skin after cleansing. It is a very light tonic that helps remove any remains of makeup or impurities while refreshing the skin and leaving it with a clean and balanced feeling.

It feels so good and no harsh chemical smell at all. It's so clean feeling. It's been perfect on my skin and I have oily skin and this knocks out the oil all day. Will be buying more for sure. The price is perfect for the quality and how well it works.
