Questions: How does this product compare to other products you've tried? Other skin refreshers seem to work the same. I don't think it does anything special for menopausal symptoms. What are some benefits of owning this product? It does a nice job of smoothing and renewing the appearance of my skin texture. Some moderate hydration too. Would you buy this product? I very well might! Would you recommend this product to your friends or family? Yes. Nice feeling on the skin. Appearance improved too.

I have been using this product for approximately two weeks, I am actually surprised I like it. When I get a hot flash I would spritz the no7 cooling mist on my face and could instantly feel a difference. I was worried about it drying my skin out but as of yet it has not affected my skin. It has a light, pleasant scent so you can use it at the office. I sometimes will spry my neck and chest, for a cool down.

I really like this menopause cooling mist for menopausal hot flashes and summertime heat. This product has a nice light scent and the feel of the mist is perfect for occasional hot flashes as well as hot, humid conditions. I love it. Another bonus is the size. It lasts a while! I will most likely buy it when I run out. Love Boots products!

I love this product, I take it to work with me and keep it by my bed at night. It is amazing and helps so much with hot flashes.

I love the way it feels on my skin, but it is not lasting. My skin feels dry in a few minutes. I didn't see any changes in my face.

I really was not to impressed with this product. I could do the same thing with a spray bottle of water and it would be about the same. It was cooling for in the moment but u need to keep applying when it dries. Would not purposely buy it.

It works well. It's not sticky and has a pleasant smell.
