This was given to me free in exchange for an honest review from BzzAgent. This is a great facial mist for when you get hot flashes! After you spray it on from arm's length because the sprayer on the bottle will drench you, take a fan and wave it around your face, then you will really start to feel how cooling this product really is. It's also very hydrating and calming with rose water. You can spray it over makeup if you do what I did and transfer the bottle contents into another bottle with a better sprayer! It's a great product with just that one minor issue!

Friday June 24th received my Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist in the mail.   I had just walked in from a day of shopping in this hot day 91 degrees.  This could not have arrived at a more perfect time.  Sprayed my hot face honestly expecting the mist to be warm to my surprise it was very cooling.   About 5 minutes later I could feel a tingling sensation nothing drastic but overall pleased. Have been using every day since this amazing product arrived. Honestly this is my first time trying a product like the Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist.   The benefits are the Instant Cooling sensation. I will definitely be buying from here on. I would you recommend this product to your friends or family definitely.

This product saved my life! I suffer with hot flashes and try to never go anywhere when one is about to come on, this mist cooled me instantly and kept my face from flushing. It is a beautiful light mist that you can spray anywhere . It didn't ruin my makeup when I went out either. Over make up.. under also . It truly is a wonderful product.

This is the best product I have found that actually works to help cool your hot flashes. And it is great for my sensitive skin. It does not leave a sticky feeling on your skin, instead it leaves a refreshing soft skin feeling. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone going through menopause and needing relief.

I love this Instant Cooling Mist! When I get hot, I just spritz my face and receive a clean, fresh scent and I cool down. It leaves my skin feeling replenished. I have noticed that my skin is not as dull as it was when it would dehydrate. Excellent. I did receive this product free for my honest opinion. It is worth it ladies.

I couldn't wait to try this I have been experiencing menopause symptoms for a year with little to no relief. I keep this beside my bed for middle of the night relief that is when it is the worst on me, it makes me feel cooler so I can get back to sleep. I already ordered another one for my car I really like this product and would definitely recommend it.

I have only tried one mist before and that one was Rosewater. It was too smelly for me. But I love how the No7 Menopause Skincare mist feels! It has a nice calm smell to it, not too strong, yet you can smell it and feel happy. It instantly makes me feel refreshed. I love spraying it on my face and neck whenever i stop by my bathroom. I feel like my skin has been feeling more hydrated since using this mist. I would definitely buy this product again and recommended to my friends.

I like how pretty my skin looks thanks to No 7. However, I am not a fan of the scent.
