Mi enjoyed using this product. It's really hot in my area lately and the mist provides necessary moisture and hydration. It has a fresh scent to it and it really is refreshing on my skin. While I liked the product, I couldn't give it 5 stars because outside of the instant relief, I didn't notice any difference in my skin. I would recommend this product for people who need something to relieve them from the heat.

I was not a fan of this product. I don't think there was anything wrong with it; it was just something that I did not prefer. There was a very mild scent which wasn't horrible but again, just not for me. And, the mist left a slight sticky feeling on my face.

Oi the hot flashes. This summer has been awful. I work in a shop with a bunch of cis men so they didn't quite understand. So more ac is out of the question. I use this when it gets bad. It isn't sticky and doesn't leave a film. It cold and makes things bearable.

I have long known the benefits of rose water but accessing it has not always been the easiest. I love this product as coupled with glycerine it instantly cools ,refreshes and hydrates. This summer has been record breakingly hot and being at a peri menopausal stage this really has been a welcome addition. The gentle fragrance of roses also works as an instant mood lifter, it becomes aromatherapy at its best. I found this product to have more benefits than advertised. The handy packaging means it's easy to carry along and if you leave it in a fridge and then is it cold it adds even more to the experience and the cooling benefits. The good thing about the product is it's benefits long term and the fact that it is completely safe to use. You don't need to moderate. In a word I love it!

No7 menopause skin instant cooling mist feels good when sprayed on your skin. It did not make my makeup run when I sprayed it on face. I didn't care for the smell. It isn't over powering, I just could not place it. Didn't really smell like roses to me. The smell went away fast so don't let that deter you. I don't feel like the coolness lasted long, maybe for a bit.

When ever I had a hot flash and was feeling over heated I would grab this spray ans spritz myself. I felt alot better almost instantly. The effects lasted for quite a while. I carried it with me and when ever I needed it, I used it. Love this product. So glad I received a free sample of it.

I'm giving No7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist four stars because I did notice an instant cooling sensation when applied. I took off one star because of the scent and alcohol high on the list of ingredients. I was not a big fan of the rose scent. It was a bit to strong for me, unscented or a lighter scent would be best.

As a woman in my early 50's, my skin (and body) have gone through so many different changes. From pregnancy to menopause the only constant has been that my skin has felt lackluster, hot, and clammy. While using No 7 Menopause Skincare Instant Cooling Mist I felt like I was starting to get my calm, well-dyhryed skin back. I'll never look like I'm in my twenties again, but at least I don't feel overheated while using this product. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. In fact, I already have.
