This facial mist does feel refreshing and helps give a mid day boost without interfering with your makeup. It is a decent refresh without making your face wet or your makeup droop. It serves its purpose. The part I personally wasn't a fan of is the rose scent. It is initially quite strong. If you like a rose water scent, its lovely but this was a bit of a turn off for me.

"Clean" ingredients with benefits is my mantra for products I'm putting on my skin. I am not going through menopause, but I'm in love with the product. Whether from the summer heat or with the sudden onset of Covid related hot flashes-this product delivers instant relief. The mist is perfect, really light feeling and sprays wonderfully. Smell is nice too, not overpowering. Leaves skin feeling silky soft.

No7 INSTANT cooling mist spray is great. I can't handle the humidity and heat and I have it in my purse and spray and it truly cools me down. I spray on the back of my neck and it works. Menopause is temperature controlled lol and No7 makes it all better. Definitely recommend this product. I am so happy to be a BzzAgent and get to try new products and state my opinion

This No.7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist is remarkably awesome. It just takes a few squirts and wow instant cooling relief. You squirter it over your face and neck to get a cool refreshing feeling. Yes you can also use it while you are wearing makeup. I do recommend this product, I was very surprised at how well it works. I will be purchasing more for future use. Ladies we needed something to help with those hot flashes and let me tell you I am a very happy consumer.

I will definitely be buying this again. I put it in my purse and use it on the go for instant relief. It helps with cooling down. My sister in law actually is going to be getting some for my niece also so loved it also.

I found this product to be instantly cooling and it had a nice soothing rose scent to it. It felt even better after putting it in the refrigerator to keep it even colder, however the effects were not long lasting, more like instant cooling then it goes away. I did not think this product worked any better than the rose facial mist from Trader Joe's. I would probably purchase this since it did feel nice on the face and the scent was lovely.

Hot flashes are only something I've been dealing with recently, and if you're reading this, you know they're the worst. It used to be that when I had a bad one I would rush to the bathroom and splash a little cold water over my face to cool me off. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about trying the No7 Instant Cooling Mist but was really pleasantly surprised! Now, when I feel a hot flash coming on, I spray it on my face and neck and it offers quite a bit of relief. I thought about keeping it in the fridge to keep it cold, but really there is no need. I work from home, so I keep it right at my desk for easy access and it still feels cool just from sitting out. It's probably small enough to carry in a purse too. The scent is light, a bit like rose water, and the mist is fine and light. It claims to make you look more radiant, and while I'm not so sure about that, it certainly makes me feel better. Totally a better option than splashing cold water on my face!

This Cooling Mist really works. My first impression was that I loved the rose scent then I noticed the instant cooling effect on my face. The best part was that the cooling sensation lasted for a few minutes and made my hot flashes feel way better.

I liked that it instantly cooled my face. Skin felt soft and hydrated. Only downside is the scent. As someone with very sensitive skin to perfumes and dyes I only used unscripted products. Overall it works well.

This product is as described "instant cooling". . .it is not long-lasting but it does cool you down and it smells great. I've not used any similar products so I cannot compare. I will keep this product handy for my personal summer moments.
