The box was smashed, everything in the box had damage, cleanser bottle was crunched in the bottom. Bottle doesn't stand up straight but ... otherwise the cleanser is good.

I've used No 7 products in the past, and found them always to be of high quality. This one was no exception; the formula was smooth and not overly scented. The pump bottle made it easy to dispense. But that's where my liking ended. Firstly, although the product has "exfoliating" in the name, I couldn't get past the fact that the formula was smooth, not grainy, it may have been exfoliating behind the scenes, but it never felt like it, and I did not notice any difference in my skin. Also, my face didn't feel truly clean after use, a filmy feeling seemed to remain. I DID feel that the skin brightening aspect of the product worked, just a bit, but for me, this would not be enough to entice me to purchase it in the future.
