I love this product! It has the consistency of lotion but functions as an exfoliator and cleanser. It is very gentle on the skin. I put some on a cotton pad and wipe it on my face. I rinse it away with warm water. It leaves my skin so smooth and soft. I can't stop rubbing my face! Make sure that you apply sunscreen while using this product

I like that it's not thick or scratchy. It's smooth to put on & easy to rinse off & my face looks fresher

I am a woman in my 50s with oily skin. So I have wrinkle/fine line issues as well as oily skin/blemish issues. The No7 Dual-Action Cleansing Lotion is doing a great job of cleaning my skin, taking care of the oil and dirt/makeup, leaving my face feeling soft and clean, but not all dried out. This is really amazing to me, as when use cleansers for oily skin, my face feels tight and itchy, and then I get red dry patches. If I use a cleanser for "older" skin, I am left with clogged pores and an oil slick on my face. Not at all with this cleanser. My face just feels clean and soft. I like that it has AHAs in it, too. Always good for mature ladies, to promote collagen and brighten the complexion.

I really love my No7 Restore and Renew Dual-Action Cleansing Lotion. I have been using it for two whole days now, and not only does my face look clean and smooth, but I see a glow. I love how clean it makes my face feel and look. It also moisturizes my skin, it makes my face feel like a baby's butt. I really like this product and truly recommend it.

Works pretty good. Not at all harsh on the skin!

This product does not removed makeup as claimed. If you use it in the morning on a clean face it's ok. I don't know why #7 cannot come up with a cleanser that removes makeup from your face. I love many of their products but their cleanser NO. I keep hoping they will make a good cleanser. Babs
