Nice cooling feeling on under eyes. Under eyes Feel hydrated but does unfortunately does not seem to seep into skin. Seems to sit on top the skin if you put too much product. When you put less product and dab, it works better.

Very surprised about how cooling and hydrating the eye cream is. It layers well under makeup but I prefer it to use it on my no makeup days as it gives a bit of luminosity under the eye. The only downside it's the product doesn't provide any brightness to the under eye.

It's an alright product. The consistency is strange, more like a primer than an eye product. Makeup didn't sit well on it. I didn't find it cooling either.

This is a great cooling eye gel for the price. I use it in the morning and evening. It is easy to apply, it leaves your skin fresh and hydrated. I highly recommend it

The HydraLuminous+ Cooling Eye Gel is a good eye mask to wear for bed at night. I have tried it under makeup (as suggested by the packaging) but I have found that my eye makeup (the concealer) tends to cake up and it looks like your skin is peeling. I would recommend only as a night eye mask opposed to using under makeup.

This eye gel has great packaging, a great price point, and is effective at getting rid of my under eye bags. I love the cooling effect, especially when my eyes feel tired. I'm only docking a star because the consistency is just ok. It leave a little residue behind.

I have not used a product like this before. It has a soothing, cool feeling and is lightweight. It plumps up the cirlces under my eyes. It also smooths out the folded skin on my eye lids and makes my eyes look bigger. I received this product in exchance for a review.

I real loved the cooling effect when applied! My tired eyes felt so soothes and wonderful. The smallest amount goes a very long way, too. You don't need much product, which will make it last so much longer! Will add to my restock list :)
