I did have some minor acne, mostly on my forehead, after using. That's the only thing I didn't like about this cream. It's very moisturizing without making me feel greasy & it absorbs quickly. I have cystic acne, so I'm very sensitive to some products. Other than the minor acne, I enjoyed this cream.
