I live in a VERY hot and humid place, with record temperatures almost every day right now. Needless to say, I would like to stay cool. If you are already sweaty, this mist doesn't do much. But if you dry off first and then spray this, it does cool well. I didn't feel sticky afterwards, so that is a big plus because I hate feeling sticky.

I was really hoping for an intense cooling effect when I am having a hot flash. Don't get me wrong, a spritz of this is nice, but it no more effective than a setting spray or plain water. That being said, it is a light spray and did no leave a heavy feeling nor did it budge any of my makeup. I did not think until just now, maybe leaving it in the fridge may be more cooling? But I don't know how that would effect the ingredients.

I received a free sample right before the heatwave hit MO. I throughly enjoyed the Instant Cooling Mist. After being outside I close my eyes, spray my face, and relax. We are going to AZ in September and this will be wonderful in the over 100 degree temperatures.

This really helps with a quick mist cooling sensation. Being a woman of a certain age, I try anything I can find to help with hot flashes. No7 cooling mist does not disappoint it East to use and portable for trave, car, purse. Thank you for the opportunity to try this product.

LOVE this product!! NY heat wave with menopause is a recipe for disaster! But I can honestly say No7 instant cooling mist let me deal with it. Those night sweats were made better by being able to just grab the spray off of my nightstand. During the day I kept it in the fridge. Until you are actually experiencing Menopause hot flashes you really have no idea how amazing a product like this really is!! I keep it inn my purse and when I feel one of them coming on it only take a quick spritz or 2 and im cooled off long after the initial spritz. It has a nice clean scent and is a MUST have for your menopause treatment!!

Mi enjoyed using this product. It's really hot in my area lately and the mist provides necessary moisture and hydration. It has a fresh scent to it and it really is refreshing on my skin. While I liked the product, I couldn't give it 5 stars because outside of the instant relief, I didn't notice any difference in my skin. I would recommend this product for people who need something to relieve them from the heat.
