I really liked this spray. It felt cool and didn't add and oily feel or a drying feel. The first time I used it over makeup I was a little reluctant, afraid it would smear my makeup, however it set it almost as well as a spray I've used in the past to set my makeup. It may not get rid of the hot flashes but it did make my face feel better and added a light moisturizing effect. Overall a fairly nice product.

The spray is in a nice sizes bottle that can be left on the nigh stand. A quick spray to the face and neck is all that is needed to get a quick cooling sensation. I like that the mist is light and does not create a sticky build up on your skin. There isn't a strong scent either, which as someone who is sensitive to fragrances, I really appreciate. I was skeptical of this product, but let me tell you, WOW! I have sensitive skin so I am super careful about anything that I put on my skin. I love the way this feel when you spray it on, and the scent is lovely. I use it multiple times a day because, I work in a hospital, I have a very physical job, and I have to wear a mask all day. So my face gets HOT! It feels wonderful when you spray it on, and the floral scent is a definite plus. The only thing I wish is that it would last a little longer. Maybe a little mint in there might help. I would definitely buy this again. I did receive this free for my review.

I actually thought this was pretty great. Very lightly scented, which I did not mind at all. It doesn't linger; it's pretty immediate and then dissipates. I felt like it really came in handy when I needed it. I keep it in my desk drawer at work since that seems to be when I need it the most.. during the day. It really did give me a quick refreshing cool down. I was able to just spray it inconspicuously and it was awesome. This mist is refreshing and light. I get flushed often and this cooling mist is a delight! I love how it makes my skin feel. I keep this in my purse and enjoy the convenience of using it anytime. I used this cooling mist daily for about 3 weeks and was not very impressive. I didn't notice much of a difference with my exerience with hot flashes and overheating during the day.

As a woman who faces hot flashes and flushes, anything that may provide some relief is welcome. This is a very simple product that basically does what it promises, which is to provide temporary relief from said hot flashes. I was a bit surprised the first time I used it because the main scent is rose, which seems very old-fashioned to me for a modern brand, but after googling I learned that rose essential oil is commonly associated with managing hormonal and menopausal symptoms, so it made more sense to me. The smell dissipates in a few minutes, so there's no danger of walking around smelling like a rose garden or my grandmother's vanity. With that in mind, I've leaned into using this spray whenever I feel that flush. It's especially nice to walk into a room with a fan immediately after spraying for a bigger cooling sensation.
