This product is as described "instant cooling". . .it is not long-lasting but it does cool you down and it smells great. I've not used any similar products so I cannot compare. I will keep this product handy for my personal summer moments.

I liked that it instantly cooled my face. Skin felt soft and hydrated. Only downside is the scent. As someone with very sensitive skin to perfumes and dyes I only used unscripted products. Overall it works well.

Shortens the length of hot flash . Calms it quickly . I have tried other sprays, clothes , smelling oils , etc . This spray works great , smell is great . super cooling , and hydrating feeling is a bonus . I wish I had this years ago . At least I can let all my friends know about this amazing product .

This Cooling Mist really works. My first impression was that I loved the rose scent then I noticed the instant cooling effect on my face. The best part was that the cooling sensation lasted for a few minutes and made my hot flashes feel way better.

This cooling mist is very light and refreshing and easy to apply to my face. It worked well to cool me down when I was having a hot flash but I didn't always have it with me unfortunately. It would be nice to have smaller versions that I could keep in my purse or have in different locations. Overall though it worked really fast to cool me down and I would spray it over my makeup and it didn't cause makeup to cake or run.

I have suffered from extreme hot flashes and symptoms for several years. I have been prescribed medicine and tried various other ways to help alleviate my discomfort. I never thought of something as simple as a misting spray. Honestly, it has brought more relief than the dangerous, prescribed medicine I was on. Just a quick mist of the no. 7 menopause spray with the light rose aroma is just enough to bring me right back to a comfortable place. Many times hot flashes hit right after a shower and I just feel like I need to jump back in but have found a quick spritz of the no. 7 spray and I feel totally refreshed. I wish I had thought of a misting spray a long time ago and do highly recommend no.7 to menopausal women for a cooling, refreshing break from these unrelenting hot flashes.
