This spray is amazing! Living in SW Florida this has been a great tool To have in cooling off. It has a nice rose scent and no matter how hot it is outside ( I keep it in my vehicle), it delivers a nice cooling spritz to my face and décolletage when nature gets fired up! It's not oily or greasy and dries quickly. I highly recommend for people going through menopause or even to just keep cool in the heat.

Refreshing mist of a rose water smell. Feels good and cools the skin. I liked how it felt, but you had to spray it several times a day in order for your skin to feel fresh. The rose smelled wonderful but I felt is was just rose oil mixed with water in a spritz bottle that you could hydrate your skin with.

I've been using No7 moisturizers for the past ten years or so and really like them, so I was very excited for the opportunity to try one of their new products. The past couple of weeks the temperature here in Florida was above 90 degrees, so it was the perfect time to try this product. The Instant Cooling Mist is wonderful! It does exactly what the name suggest - instantly cools and hydrate the skin! My face and neck loved the cooling effect, and the (unexpected!) light floral scent was a nice surprise. I now carry the mist always with me and will definitely buy a new bottle when this one is finished.

I really like the No7 brand and can appreciate the concept behind this line, but personally this spray was kind of useless. To spritz yourself with a liquid/water... when you are hot sure can bring you some relief but really only if there is a breeze. I did not care for the rose scent and don't know why you felt the need to put scent in it anyway. I also didn't care for the alcohol, but I did like the fact that it contains glycerin. I don't think I'd pay for water and rubbing alcohol in a bottle when I can through that together (with glycerin) myself at home. I received this product as a sample

This is a dream !Spray this when you feel a warm flash comming and you will feel instantly revived and refreshed!I highly recommend this if you are comming up on your midlife hormonal changes .I have recommended this to numberous women in my office and all are extremely happy with the product .

Menopause is truly something that keeps you on your toes since everybody experiences different symptoms and side effects but the one that everyone can agree on is the hot flashes! Finally a product that is compact and convenient to carry in your purse, in your car or wherever is the most accessible to help relieve the hot flashes which seem to have a mind of their own and there's no rhyme or reason as to when they will make your life miserable. Thank you so much for the cooling mist that will definitely give me a cooling relief!

This spray actually worked for me. I found the spray cooling and the scent relaxing. I especially liked it at night, I found it easier to fall asleep quicker after spraying. It made my skin feel soft. I would recommend to use it for a while, because I wasn't a fan at first.

Hot flashes happens to be the only symptom that I have left of menopause so when I received this number 7 cooling mist for menopause I was very happy to try this and I have to say it does work on the minor ones the major ones it might use a little bit extra but the fragrance is lovely it's not too overpowering and not a chemical smell at all rather a little floral and I would say a little botanical but I really like the fragrance and do highly recommend this to all my girls that have menopause or going through and need a little extra help to get rid of that heat wave.

Due to the fact that the pump on the bottle of my No 7 Menopause Skincare Instant Cooling Mist didn't work. I was never able to use to product properly. Living in Alabama, I was looking forward to using the No 7 Menopause Skincare Instant Cooling Mist during our hot, hot, humid summer days. I was hesitant at first. I wasn't truly sure what to think. I wasn't sure if it would make my skin feel sticky or clammy but it was a good refresher.
