I found this product to be hydrating and refreshing and I noticed that the flaking of my skin on my face especially around the hairline reduced to almost none . This product did not have any strong perfume smell which I liked and did not irritate my skin at all. I have been using it every day and really like it.

I like the concept of this spray as a women about to (or maybe already am) entering menopause. For many years I have stocked up on evian spray to take to the beach, pool etc on hot days. This has a similar feel except it smells good. I have been keeping this by my bed for use during the night. I was hoping for more of a cooling agent in the spray. Depending on the price of this product, it may be an alternative to the evian spray which is $8-10 per small bottle.

This spray is very refreshing. It cools me off and has a light, pleasant rose scent. It really helps during these summer days!

This cooling mist is amazing. I use it all day. Is cool and refreshing, I love using it before bed. Gives me that cool, calm feeling. I carry it with me all the time. You never know when you a refreshing mist. The product is truly been a lifesaver for me this summer!!!

The "No. 7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist" does work to cool you off however it does not last very long. My concern with the product is that the second ingredient is "alcohol denat" (water is first). Typically I do not put alcohol on my face due to the drying property of it, but I suppose if you spray this over your makeup you would want the product to dry quickly. The other issue I have is that it is rose scented. Although it is not overpowering, if you are like me and very sensitive to fragrances (especially on your face), you may have a problem with it. This is an interesting product however due to alcohol being a top ingredient as well as the scent, I would not recommend. *I received this product in exchange for my honest review*

This cooling mist really lived up to its name. It works so good especially at night when you get the flashes of heat.

I would've given this product a 5 star review were it not for the light rose scent. As a personal preference,I'd have chose a different scent. The mist is very light and refreshing and helpful to my dry skin in all environments both indoors and outside. It's a little respite from stress and I found myself reaching for it when I felt overwhelmed. It didn't irritate my face or neck at all a d I tend to have sensitive skin.

I have really enjoyed No7 Menopause Skin Instant cooling mist! First off the spray is nice! It doesn't shoot out in a stream or spray to hard you get droplets instead of a mist. The pressure is perfect and it sprays eventually and in the right amount. Second the scent is very nice and soothing. It also leaves your face feeling nice. And it double's as a makeup setting spray. I don't have anything negative to say about it!

This is the first face mist I've tried that is specific for those in menopause or premenopause. It's amazing! I can't say enough good things about and have already bought a second bottle. It's refreshing and cooling. I keep one bottle in my purse to use on the go when I feel overheated from a hot flash. I keep the other bottle on my nightstand and it's been great when I wake up in the middle of the night for a quick mist. I highly recommend this product!

This spray is amazing! Living in SW Florida this has been a great tool To have in cooling off. It has a nice rose scent and no matter how hot it is outside ( I keep it in my vehicle), it delivers a nice cooling spritz to my face and décolletage when nature gets fired up! It's not oily or greasy and dries quickly. I highly recommend for people going through menopause or even to just keep cool in the heat.
