I have only been using it now for about 5 days but seems to be a nice added edition to my nightly routine. Simple and gentle on my skin.

I've typically used other products to cleanse my face, but this surprised me! It wasn't greasy or watery, and it left my skin feeling clean, without any burning or residue.

I loved the way this felt on my face and the way my face felt afterward.

I have been using this for about a week now. It is different than most facial cleansers I have used in that it does not lather but technically this is called a lotion so I suppose it wasn't meant to. It's just different from what I'm used to. There is no scent that I have noticed. It's not greasy. I guess the best way I can describe it afterwords is my face still feels like my face. It doesn't leave me feeling refreshed, or reallly feeling anything. Some cleansers make you feel tighter, cleaner, refreshed, awake. This one you just apply rinse and that's about it. I will say after a week my skin feels softer.

At first I was very confused since I did not see that it was foamy and I thought that it should not be rinsed. Look for information and inform me of how it was used and I learned how it should be applied and I was fascinated. It leaves my skin moist and very soft. I also use the moisturizer with spf 30 of No 7, this line is really fantastic.

This No7 Restore and Renew Dual-Action Cleansing Lotion functions very well as a cleanser to remove makeup or just as a wakeup morning routine. It is gentle on the skin and does not suds up like other cleansers do. There is a light scent not overpowering that does not linger. Rinse it away with warm water and pat dry. My skin felt softer and smoother. If you are not going to wear SPF makeup please remember to apply sunscreen as there is no sun protection in this cleanser.

I've used the same cleanser for quite some time and I did not think anything would make me change ever, I was wrong. The No7 Restore and Renew Duall-Action Cleansing Lotion is my new holy grail cleanser! My skin feels softer, smoother, and more hydrated than it ever has. I love that this cleanser has natural AHAs. Not only is my skin smooth & my fine lines diminished but I can skip the extra step of a separate AHA product. It's amazing to have such a quality product available at an affordable price. I genuinely recommend this amazing cleanser.

No7 Restore and renew dual action cleansing lotion has a pleasant smell to it. However the weight of the product feels heavy for a cleaner, it also leaves a greasy feeling on my face.

I have mature skin, and wasn't for sure if anything would really show a result after about a week. During the Spring/Summer time, I don't wear hardly any makeup, so I didn't think that my face would be that dirty, Boy was I wrong. I have really like the outcome of using the product, Would I purchase again to keep using it, you bet I would!
