I was afraid this might be harsh on my sensitive face because it is labeled "intense" but I had no issues. I like this as a first step cleanser. I didn't give it 5 stars because you can't use it by your eyes so I have to use another makeup remover/cleanser. For me, I'd rather use one for my whole face instead of using 2 products. If you don't mind using 2, this is a good, gentle cleanser.

I am so happy to have received this No7 face cleansing water! It gently cleans my face without drying it out. It also minimizes my pores too. It also leaves for face feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend this to my friends!

I have combination, somewhat sensitive skin with large pores and redness all over. I have only used this product at night. It does a good job about removing dirt from my face. I could see it on the cotton round. My skin felt like it had residue, almost like a film. There was a hint of tackiness as I touched my face. It did not burn nor did it cause any additional redness. I don't think I would purchase this product myself just because if the residue feeling afterwards. It you don't mind that, it's a pretty good product for removing dirt from your face at the end of the day, or don't have access to water and cleanser.

This cleanser smells good. But maybe too much fragrance (parfum) for the face!! Also, there is alcohol which is a little drying but It did leave my face feeling soft. It's very light product. It took makeup residue off. Overall I do like it.

I received this product a few days before I left for a Caribbean vacation. A few days into the vacation, I got a bad sunburn. I decided to try to use this product anyway, and I was very pleased that it did not cause any irritation at all on my sunburned skin. I didn't notice much exfoliation, but it cleans off makeup and other impurities very well. It leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh.

This cleansing water is the perfect step to add to your evening routine after washing. If you wear light makeup, it should have no problem removing it. I tend to be primered, powdered, and waterproofed, so I prefer an initial cleansing step, making this perfect for anything left behind. In the morning, it's refreshing and leaves your skin soft and prepped. The fragrance is very light. Skin may feel a bit sticky immediately after use, but it dries down within minutes revealing soft, plush feeling skin.

I don't believe I received enough time to try this product but from the time I have treated it, it has been ok. My face is sensitive and sometimes to much drying out can leave patches. After using this it is vital to use a moisturizer to add moisture back !
