This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. No Purchase Necessary – a purchase does not increase your chance of winning.

To enter submit email address below. One entry per person. The Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM EST 10/18/2022 and the entry deadline is 10:00 AM EST 12/31/2022. Employees of No7 Beauty Company(“No7”) its parent, affiliates, divisions, or their subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Winners will be notified by email. All winners must respond to the email to confirm eligibility and provide their mailing address within 3 days of notification in order to be confirmed as a winner. If a potential winner fails to respond within 3 days, email notification is returned as undeliverable, entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected.

One grand prize will be chosen to win a skincare regimen of their choice sent every 3 months for a consecutive one-year period for a total of 4 shipments at $400 value total ($100 each shipment). One runner up will be chosen to win 1 skincare regimen of their choice at $100 value. Winners can choose from No7’s Menopause Skincare, Early Defence, Protect & Perfect, Lift & Luminate, Hydraluminous, Pure Retinol, Radiance+, Or Restore & Renew collections. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of No7. No7 is not responsible for the failure of any email or entry to be received by No7 on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet/device or at any website. No7 reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Terms & Conditions; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, No7 reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in New York and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in New York. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the No7 Loyalty Scheme promoted and operated by The Hut.com Limited.


  1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the No7 Loyalty Programme (‘Loyalty Scheme’), which includes the collection of Loyalty Scheme Points (‘Points’) and any Loyalty Scheme rewards. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of contract between The Hut.com Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’) via https://us.no7beauty.com/ and each member of the Loyalty Programme (‘Member’, ‘You’, ‘Your’).

  1. The Loyalty Scheme is intended for personal use only to reward customers of https://us.no7beauty.com/ (each a ‘Website’ and together the ‘Websites’) with rewards and Points based onYour spend and activity on the Websites.

  1. The Loyalty Scheme is open to all customers of the Websites aged 16 or over. The Loyalty Scheme is currently not available on any other sites operated by No7 and any transactions or activity on these sites will not earn any Points.

  1. To be a member of No7 Loyalty Programme, customers will need to choose to opt-in to this and will not beauto-enrolled on account or email registration.Members are only entitled to one Loyalty Scheme account each in respect of the Websites. The Hut.com Limited reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit points issued to such account without liability.

  1. You will start earning Points when You join the Loyalty Scheme.

  1. By enrolling into the Loyalty Scheme,You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions so we recommend that you read these carefully.

  1. The Points are issued by and remain the property of The Hut.com Limited who may, at any time, terminate or alter the operation of the Loyalty Scheme or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give You reasonable notice of any amends. Earning Points will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

  1. You may opt out of the Loyalty Scheme at any time by logging into Your Account on the Websites and using the Help Centre to contact Customer Services.


  1. You will earn Points by purchasing products, completing a beauty profile or leaving a review on the Websites.

  1. You will earn1 point for every $1 you spend on the Websites (excluding shipping costs with the applicable currency dependent on the currency used on the Website).

  1. To earn points on purchases and Your activity on the Websites, You must be signed into Your account at the point of purchase or time of activity.

  1. Points will be added to Your account immediately after dispatch of the purchase made on the Websites.

  1. Where a refund is issued in accordance with the Returns Policy on the Websites, any Points you earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your account.

  1. We may occasionally offer promotions under which you may earn additional Points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion.

  1. The Hut.com Limited may set a limit on the number of times Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the Loyalty Scheme.

  1. You can check Your Points balance at any time via Your account on the Websites.

  1. Points are non-transferrable.


  1. Points will expire365 days following issuance.


  1. You will be assigned a tier ('Tier') based on Your accumulated Points balance.

  1. You will remain in Your Tier for 12 months (‘Membership Year’), unless your accumulated Points balance reaches a higher Tier threshold which will result in You entering a new Tier.

  1. In order to maintain Your Tier for a further 12 months,You must earn enough Points to the threshold of that Tier before the Membership Year ends or You will be moved to a lower Tier based on the total Points earned during Your Membership Year.

  1. Your Tier is limited to the spend and activity levels on Your account. Any spend or activity outside of Your account will not contribute to Your Tier.

  1. Your Tier determines a number of benefits (‘Benefits’) that are available to use during the Membership Year.

  1. Examples of Benefits for all Members may include access to the VIP loyalty section of the Websites, seasonal credit to spend on the Websites, seasonal double points events, and benefits associated with Your birthday. Benefits associated with Your birthday are based on the provision of a valid date of birth prior to the first day of Your birthday month.


  1. The Hut.com Limited may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel accounts or Points (in whatever form) and/or remove a Member from the Loyalty Scheme at any time where it has a reasonable belief of:

  1. any abuse or attempted abuse of the Loyalty Scheme;

  1. any breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions;

  1. any behaviour relating to the Loyalty Scheme that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

  1. Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if The Hut.com Limited determines that the Points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Hut.com Limited may cancel, withdraw or alter the Loyalty Scheme, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
