I use this morning and night and I'm really enjoying the results. I like the cool metal balls for inflammation and the product has really good firming capabilities. Goes on light and soaks in perfectly.

I was unsure of what to believe when I received this product, but I've grown to really like it! I've used it consistently since I got it, applying it both in the morning and evening. I follow the same routine - cleanse (using No7 Restore & Renew Cleansing Lotion), apply a multi-peptide serum, apply the Firm & Bright Eye Concentrate, and end with a moisturizer. Although I have noticed the fine lines around my eyes improving (so much so that I now use the product on my smile lines!), the biggest difference has been in the color of my eyelids - they have lightened dramatically. It is has been a nice addition to my routine, and I intend to continue using it. I am happy with the results! The only downside of the product for me is the roller ball applicator. I find that even "priming" the roller balls by squeezing the tube prior to application still does not stop the them from catching the sensitive skin around my eyes when I roll it on. Because of that, I don't use the applicator as intended. I simply squeeze the tube, grab the product with my fingers and apply it that way.

I used this product in the evening with my other No 7 night creams and also a few times during the day to perk up my eyes. I notice that the bags under my eyes and fine lines around my eyes are fading. I have only used it a few weeks so I am sure that they will fade even more with continued nightly use

I have been using this product morning and night. Loving the cooling effect the applicator gives. I have noticed the skin around my eyes has been getting firmer, and love that the it also gives needed moisture to my under eyes. Skin care has always been important to me and even more so now as I grow older. Eye cream has been a consistent staple in my routine for over 25 years! I have tried so many in different price ranges and I've learned that my favorites are the ones that multitask. This awesome product from No7 glides on smoothly and leaves my delicate under eye area skin feeling so moisturized plus I love the cooling sensation. The little balls on the applicator are such a neat addition. I used this twice a day for 2 weeks straight and I could really see a difference in the dark eye circles I'm always trying to treat. For the mid-price point, this stuff is awesome and very comparable to higher end brands. It's not the first No7 product that pleasantly surprised me. Highly recommended!

I have used this product for a few weeks. I have applied under my makeup and as a nightly routine. I was surprised at the general feel of the product. It felt light and natural on my skin. I loved the applicator, which made it easy to apply. I would buy this again

I noticed instant smoothness around eye area. I do not normally have dark circles so I can not comment about that, but I can say that the coolness and roller felt pleasing. I am a fan of No7 products and are never disappointed.

I have been using for about month now and love this product! I have bags/dark circles under my eyes and the cool metal dispenser not only feels wonderful but has made a difference. I had heard using a cool metal spoon in the morning helps with dark circles, but this is definitely easier!! This product blends well and is not tacky. It makes me look more awake. Awesome product that won't break the bank. I will continue to use.

It was just okay. I didn't like how sticky it was and that it took a bit to absorb. It smelled good and felt cooling but it just wasn't that great at brightening or tightening the skin
