This was really a treat! It goes on smooth and keeps your eye area firm to help with bags I noticed a visible difference after the fifth day probably before. I've had great success in the past with no7 products.

Very happy with this eye cream. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now, morning and night. I have noticed the skin under my eyes seem brighter and even tighter.

I used as recommended and loved the immediate soothing from the applicator!

I love this product because it absorbs completely into the skin and it moisturizers the dry area of the eye. I also thought that because it has no fragrance and it was very gentle on my sensitive skin. It also works very well under make up and concealers.

I received this product in return for my honest opinion. I LOVE the rollerball application! It goes on smooth and feels so cool. I massage it after applying it with the rollerball tip and wait a minute or two before smoothing it out with my fingers. I've been using it now for two weeks. I also mix a little with my concealer for a dewy finish. My eyes look more bright and less crinkly. I have lots of high end makeup and creams and this competes with those at a more affordable price.

I received this product as part of a free sample program. I looked forward to trying this product as I'm now in perimenopause. I've only been using it about a week and haven't notice much firming. I still have the little eye crinkles when I smile so it's not very plumping or moisturizing. If you rub your eyes after the product dries, it does pill up which tells me that it's not absorbing into my skin. I do like the metal ball roller. I find the best time to use it is when my eyes are tired. The cooling effect feel nice and gives a little wake up boost. While using it, I feel more awake and refreshed. The product has brightened my undereye area though I don't have dark circles. I would recommend trying this if you're looking for depuffing and you have darkness under your eyes. For firming, not so much. This product isn't for me so I won't buy it in the future. I'll stick with my usual eye product that I love which happens to be another No 7 product.

I received this product as a "try and review". I applied twice a day morning and night but honestly, I wasn't impressed. I didn't see any difference in my eyes. The product didn't burn or feel weird, but I don't feel it really did anything other than cool my skin for a few minutes.

I am 49 years old. I am starting to notice a few wrinkles under my eyes and starting to get those laugh lines. I noticed after using this, some of those little lines under my eyes, and the side of my eyes smoothed out just a bit and made my eyes look brighter and smoother. The only thing I did not like was while you roll it on there was a little bit of a sharp spot, so I think mine just had a little bit of a defect on it but other than that it has nice, smooth rollers and it absorbs into your skin very quickly. I put it on underneath my concealer. I would definitely purchase this again.

I received this product as a free sample to test and review. I have been happy with the results. It seems to work fairly well at helping my black circles (as well as previous products I have tried.) I especially liked that it was a little thicker, more like a lotion than a gel. This made it easier to apply where I wanted at not get into my eyes.
