- At night, apply 2 pumps of No7 retinol to a cleansed face, avoiding the eye, outer eye and lip areas.
- Limit initial use to once or twice a week on non-consecutive nights, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then every night as tolerated.
- As a guide, it will normally take at least 6 weeks to reach nightly use.

Effective cream
I really find this retinol cream to be very effective. I know some say their skin has peeled and I wonder If they use it every night. I tried that once and it was too much so I use every other night. No peeling and not sensitive. I have sensitive skin and this one has been fine. Love it. Would recommend. Thank you #7 for selling reasonably proced high quality products.

Peeling skin
I have been using products with retinol for years; I love my No 7 foundation so when my retinol products got low, I decided to switch to No 7. I bought this product, and used it according to directions, and it made my skin peel. Not flakes but layers of skin just peeled right off. Unsightly and itchy and yucky. Not sure what is in their formulation but I will throw away this product as I'm outside the return time window.

1st Time User
I love this product. I have never used retinol before. This is a game changer. My dark circles began to scab up and fall off. Other than a little peeling, this product had no down side for me.

What happened to the 1.5%
I've used the 1.5% retinol night cream for a year or two, and I thought I was replacing it on my last trip to Walgreens. I got home and noticed it said 1%. I figured it wouldn't be a problem since it was milder. Omg... my face is absolutely scorched! What did you do to the formula? Was it discontinued?
