I was so happy with this eyeliner, it went on smoothly, lasted all day, it was great until I need to wind it up..... it doesn't wind. I had to buy a sharpener (I haven't had to sharpen eyerliner in years). Just as I dreaded, the lead would break and sharp edges scratched my lids. If I sharpen it to get an even edge the led is too long and breaks. You have no idea how disappointed I am because my former wind-up eyeliner has been discontinued. It's very expensive if you have to sharpen it everytime you use it... and that's exactly what you have to do. Sorry No7, I love everything else...

While I love most everything about the Stay Perfect Eye Pencil what I don’t like is how difficult it is to sharpen and get a good usable point on it again. As others have said it becomes useless after the original point is gone. If they improve that somehow I would buy the product again but until I have to pass.

Great eyeliner!! Goes on very smoothly, so you're not tugging on your eyes. Color stays put all day, just as advertised!! Love it!!

I like how this eye liner looks and how nice it goes on, but I am really frustrated that once the nice tip has been used I can not get it to advance to get a nice tip again.

The color is pretty but the liner is too soft and smudges easily. Needs some type of sharpener as well.

Loved the look of this eye pencil. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I had to ask to find out how to advance the pencil. You have to use a sharpener. This is the best eyeliner I have used because it stays put and looks good at the end of the day. I almost hate to take it off.

I love No. 7 products, but this eye pencil was a mess. The actual liner was soft and smooth, easy to apply and lasted all day. After the original point wore down the pencil was useless. None of my sharpeners could ever get another decent point. The pencil just shredded.

I have been purchasing both the brown and black pencils and loved them, but recently they have been getting greasy as the day progresses. By 3-4 pm, it's no longer eye liner, my eyelid is just a brown or gray smudge and the entire lid. I use a power base in my eyelids as I have for years so I have no idea what is going on but it is disappointing for me. I am one to do my make up once a day and not have to mess with it until I go to bed and wash it off. Help!!!
