I love this product - smooth to put on and lasts all day. However what to do when it comes to the end - I twisted, and twisted ..... and twisted - nothing happens. You can't sharpen it - it's plastic - but ive had this prodcut a month and you would think there was a way to extend the pencil

I've used this pencil for many, many years and it used to be an awesome eyeliner but they changed the pencil itself to a plastic type pencil so it sharpeners just mangle the pencil and destroy the sharpener. I've tried 7 different sharpeners - none give me a sharp point. Please bring back the old formula with the wood pencil!

Easy to use and doesn't irritate my eyes

I really like the eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and looks great!

I'm very disappointed in this eye liner. It makes a very bold line which is almost impossible to smudge sufficiently to achieve the natural look that I like.

I like this eye pencil mainly because it is no "heavy" looking.

Bought three colors of this eyeliner. Was pleased with colors and the easy of use. However, after lining eyes three times the product basically was gone. Thought it would twist up to sharpen but no such luck. No product to twist up nor a sharpener. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...even at the outlet price it is too much to pay for extremely little product. It was like a sample, but I've had samples that lasted longer. I've bought liners from other companies for less money that lasted more than a year of daily use. I can't believe this company is comfortable selling such a substandard product. I had always heard good things about this company's products. This makes me hesitant to order anything else from this company. Beware.

The last order that I received was really disappointing. Had the eyebrow pencil less than two weeks when it dried up.

They switched to this horrendous plastic type pencil. It chews up the sharpener after one time of trying to sharpen it. When you can get sharpened it never gives you a fine point it's just a jagged raggedy point. Please bring back the old wooden pencil! Until then I will not purchase any longer.

I loved using this under my lower lashes. It stayed on all day. I had trouble getting it on my eyelid. There is not enough of the liner to justify the cost.
