I love eyeliners in this presentation but I felt that the tip was a little bit hard and the eyeliner wasn't that pigmented, I needed to apply multiple layers. Anyway it still looked great and the tip had a great size so the wing ended up looking good

The pencil is dry I tried to apply it and it's doing nothing very disappointed with this one, even try to wet the tip but it's no good!
