I've been using this cleanser and its related products for a few weeks now. I'll be reviewing each one separately, if possible. Let's start with a small annoyance - the pump. It's the only reason I'm giving this product 4 stars. When the cleanser arrived, the cap, or top of the pump, was laying in the box separate from the bottle. That was no big deal; it was easy to re-connect to the bottle. However, when I used it, the cleanser shot straight forward and onto my countertop. Placing my hands in front of the pump solved that problem, albeit it was really awkward as I had to curve my hand in a strange position. The lotion still squirted across my palm, rather than into it. After a few days more, the pump completely ceased to work. Since I have plenty of cleanser left, I simply remove the pump and pour a bit into my hand and go on with life. This is the only negative comment I have. Onto the VERY positive.... I love this cleanser! It actually takes very little to cleanse my face, neck, and even my chest, in the morning and on the days I don't wear make-up. My skin looks and feels clean without having that "squeaky clean" feeling, which we all know isn't the best thing for our skin. I know my skin isn't being stripped of its natural oils. On days I wear make-up, this cleanser promptly removes it. Even my mascara is easily removed. Sometimes I do wash my face a second time because I am a bit fussy. Whether I wash my face once or twice, I follow this with Tonal Water. The cotton ball is generally "clean as a whistle". I don't use any more cleanser on the days I wear make-up verses those I don't. Once my face dries from use of the Tonal Water, I proceed with the rest of my routine. Because I am a "seasoned citizen", I was looking for a gentle cleanser that worked without costing me an "arm and a leg". I found it in "Restore and Renew Cleansing Lotion". Thank you, No7 for producing an excellent cleanser for mature skin!

I have dry skin so it's not easy to find products that moisturize enough. I was so impressed with how soft and silky this cleanser made my skin feel that I kept wanting to touch my face afterwards! I admit that I'm partial to foaming cleansers so I didn't think I was going to like this one since it's the consistency of lotion and I haven't liked those in the past. I don't feel like the clean as well but, boy, was I wrong. The directions say to use your fingers or a cotton to apply the product. I've never used cotton to apply cleanser but I absolutely love this idea!! I could see it removing every bit of makeup to leave my skin squeaky clean. Yet, it still managed to do a beautiful job of keeping it hydrated and moisturized. I'll be replacing my higher priced cleanser with No7 Restore and Renew Dual-Action Cleansing from now on. It comes in a big 6.7 oz bottle too!

I use this regularly and it's gentle, yet thorough. I love it!

I love the #7 products and love them more with each new product I try. This is product is super easy to apply and does an excellent job removing makeup. I don’t have to rub and rub to get off eye makeup. I love the creamy texture and how light it feels on my skin. Very easy to rinse off. After using my face feels soft and smooth.

have been using this for about a week now. It is different than most facial cleansers I have used in that it does not lather but technically this is called a lotion so I suppose it wasn't meant to. It's just different from what I'm used to. There is no scent that I have noticed. It's not greasy. I guess the best way I can describe it afterwords is my face still feels like my face. It doesn't leave me feeling refreshed, or reallly feeling anything. Some cleansers make you feel tighter, cleaner, refreshed, awake. This one you just apply rinse and that's about it. I will say after a week my skin feels softer.

I love how it feels on my face. Doesn’t leave it dry or oil. Feels smooth and refreshing 

I have tried several facial cleansers over the last 2 years and this one is by far the best. Gentle, removes mascara easily without rubbing, unless it's waterproof. I use very little and this product cleans my face. It's not harsh and doesn't leave my face dry. I've spent considerable more and wasn't happy with others. Finally found a skin care line that delivers and is cruelty free. This is important to me.

I really like this cleanser and plan to repurchase it. It's very creamy, soothing and a great start to my day.

I enjoy using this cleanser. It is not as thick as some, but the pump dispenser makes it super easy to use, and it gives my skin a refreshing tingle!
