Way damaged in shipping
3Great product. Terrible packaging. I bought 3 Future Renew Serum’s, planning to keep one and give 2 as gifts. The packages were torn and open, with the bottle hanging out. Can’t be given as gifts in this condition. I expect better packaging.

4I've just started using this and I already love it. I feel like my skin is brighter and smother. I would even say some of the lines on my face are starting to blur a bit. Can't wait to give it more time and see even more improvement.

5I loved the way this made my skin feel under my moisturizer. It took about two weeks to see noticeable improvement in my skin. Softer, lines were less harsh and more even skin tone. I am purchasing again and definitely recommend

5I started using No7 several months ago, and I was pleased. This product was the newest that I purchased. I started about 10 days ago, and I totally feel and see a difference. It feels velvety and smooth, I am very happy and will use everyday.

Nice serum
5I’ve only been using this for a week, so I need to allow more time. So far I really like it. It feels nice, goes on smoothly and quickly and doesn’t dry my skin out. It works perfectly.

Future Renew Serum-applicator wand
2The wand repeatedly came off, until it finally popped off, & where it landed, I have no idea. I now have an expensive, worthless bottle w/no way to apply the contents. Very impractical idea. I've had it for one month; the wand came off the first few times I used it, so it was not wear & tear.
