5Decided to try this product when I needed to replenish my supply of the higher priced serum I'd been using for years. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had very good results with the product I'd used. It didn't take more than one use for me to see great results. My smile lines had dramatically smoothed in only one day. I also focused on forehead lines which experienced similar results.

Soft skin, but, no improvement in appearance.
2No. 7 Future Renew products make my skin very soft, which is nice. However, I have used them consistently for over 6 months and see no improvement in the appearance of my skin. I’m adding the No. 7 Retinol products to my routine. Maybe that will help!

Packaging is horrible and wasteful.
2Love the serum but will not buy it again until it is repackaged. Deceiving as to amount left in it, cannot see. The pump quits working when there is still product in the container so you have to unscrew the top and turn it upside down to try to use all of it…wasteful. Please repackage like all the other serums in this line, the tube is efficient, lighter and cost effective. I’ve started using Ordinary which I bought in Japan, just as good.

I love this serum!
5I first discovered it in London 2 years ago. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, and my skin looks great. I was so happy to see it available in the States. My husband uses it too!

PACKAGING SUCKS
1I love this product but the container is awful. First thing is that the container is gray and you can’t see the product for how much you have left. The one I have now, which I have just started to use, has not been letting the product come out after several uses so I have to unscrew the top and use the stem to apply to my face which is unacceptable. This product is not cheap and the packaging should be reassessed. I’ve been using No. 7 products for years now and has been a god send for keeping my face looking young. I’m 72 and my face look years younger.

5I have been using No7 for 12 years and absolutely love this product. I will never use any other product on my face. The product is so light and moisturizing, also has reduced the signs of wrinkles. Thank you for creating this product.

Perfect serum!
5I cannot say enough about No.7 Future Renew Damage Reversal Serum. I've been using it for over a year on my face, neck, and hands. I had to start using it on my forearms and decolletage too because there was beginning to be such a texture and color difference between where I wasn't using it and where I was. It's a great light moisturizer for me as well & even with sensitive skin, it hasn't bothered me at all.

5This serum makes my face feel wonderful, it's not thick or greasy and my skin soaks it right up. I have used for about a week and my skin is looking firmer and my wrinkles look better!

4Hesitated at first to purchase this product, but decided to try it. After 1 week of using this, I am pleasantly surprised with my results so far. My skin looks and feels better already. Goes on smoothly with no heaviness or residual stickiness. My skin almost glows. Can’t wait to see how my skin is after a month. Definitely recommend this product.
