5I have only been using the new reversal damage products for just a few days. It does seem to help my skin look a bit better even though it’s only been less than a week . I look forward to seeing the results in a month or so.

Pump serum is terrible!
1I've been using for years and recently switched to Future Renew. Very disappointed in the pump. It only worked a few times. Almost impossible to get serum out. Please go back to using tubes. I will have to go back to buying renew and restore serum in the tube. The pump is very much a rip off!

No 7 serums
1Prior to buying the new Future Renew Damage Reversal Serum I used other No7 serums. I’m not sure that this one is better than the others. The pump is a terrible idea. It clogs up and only works for a couple of uses. And forget trying to get all the product out of the bottle. I had to put water in it and shake it up to get all the product out. And, eventually the tube on the pump breaks. Go back to the serum in the tubes. Much easier to use.

Way damaged in shipping
3Great product. Terrible packaging. I bought 3 Future Renew Serum’s, planning to keep one and give 2 as gifts. The packages were torn and open, with the bottle hanging out. Can’t be given as gifts in this condition. I expect better packaging.

4I've just started using this and I already love it. I feel like my skin is brighter and smother. I would even say some of the lines on my face are starting to blur a bit. Can't wait to give it more time and see even more improvement.
