Not great!
1It's very lightweight, absorbs very well, hydrating but it stings my eye. I don't recommend it for sensitive eyes!

Burned my skin
1My skin isn’t typically sensitive so I was very surprised that this product triggered my skin so badly that it burned the under outer corners of my eyes. I had a red patch for a few days and couldn’t use any of the other products in this retinol line. I had not exfoliated my face nor put any other product on my skin outside a soothing toner so there was no reason this should happen outside the possible harsh ingredients and the fact that the skin around your eyes is the most sensitive. A couple of weeks after that had happened I decided to use it again thinking it might be some outside factor, but nope, same thing happened. If you have sensitive skin I’d recommend you stay away from this particular eye serum.

great absorption
4So at first I wasn’t seeing any difference in my eyes but I kept using it and the puffiness and lines were reduced. The consistency was great and absorbed well and didn’t feel heavy. I would recommend to others.

New part of my routine
5I have loved the entire box I recieved from No7. I looked up the prices for each individual component of this box and I will happily be purchasing in the future, although a little goes a long way and so this will last me a long time. this is great for sensitive eye area and sensitive skin in general. I have not had any issues with this product at all causing dryness or irritation. It feels great on my skin, and I definitely feel more youthful appearance.

4simple and easy to use. doesn't leave my skin feeling oily and looks amazing the next day. downside is that system has far too many steps

nice eye cream
5I did have a little sensitivity the first time I used this eye cream- but I continued to use it every day and night for a month and no longer have the sensitivity issues. (This is normal when starting a retinoid.) This cream is thick, which I liked. No discernable scent. I like it and would repurchase in the future. Make sure you use additional moisturizer with this.

brightening and tightening
5This was my favorite product apart from the day cream. I saw an immediate improvement in hydration and tightness in my eye area, with no irritation.

Works well
5I like to use eye creams so they can help with under eye bags and dark circles, so far this eye cream has done that. It leaves the under eye area moisturized and smooth. I also like that it doesn't have any scent as it's more comfortable for the eyes. This is a product I'll definitely recommend.
