3I use this day and night as I needed a new eye cream in a pinch and this is what I found at target. It works to keep your under eye hydrated but as for smoothing lines I have no idea. I'm about a month into using it and I'm just using it up at this point if you have intense lines around your eyes I would find something else. But for me it works for now as I'm 27 but I probably won't repurchase.

Boots No7 products never ...
5Boots No7 products never seem to disappoint. I can't always spend the money on higher end products, which is why I am thankful for Boots No7. I usually buy it at Walgreens when they are having a buy two get one free sale, so I can stock up I do recommend this product.
