Feels Cool!
4I really liked this spray. It felt cool and didn't add and oily feel or a drying feel. The first time I used it over makeup I was a little reluctant, afraid it would smear my makeup, however it set it almost as well as a spray I've used in the past to set my makeup. It may not get rid of the hot flashes but it did make my face feel better and added a light moisturizing effect. Overall a fairly nice product.

Hot Flash Cool Down
4This is the first time I tried something to counteract the middle of the night hot flashes, so I really do not have another product to compare it to. The spray is in a nice sizes bottle that can be left on the nigh stand. A quick spray to the face and neck is all that is needed to get a quick cooling sensation. I like that the mist is light and does not create a sticky build up on your skin. There isn't a strong scent either, which as someone who is sensitive to fragrances, I really appreciate. If you are experiencing hot flashes, I would recommend trying Menopause Skincare Instant Cooling Mist. This is definitely something I will continue to purchase.

5I was skeptical of this product, but let me tell you, WOW! I have sensitive skin so I am super careful about anything that I put on my skin. This mist is light, non-irritating and makes me feel so much better, instantly! I would definitely purchase this product in the future! And I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

It sure feels good going on!
4I love the way this feel when you spray it on, and the scent is lovely. I use it multiple times a day because, I work in a hospital, I have a very physical job, and I have to wear a mask all day. So my face gets HOT! It feels wonderful when you spray it on, and the floral scent is a definite plus. The only thing I wish is that it would last a little longer. Maybe a little mint in there might help. I would definitely buy this again. I did receive this free for my review.

What a "cool" concept
4I actually thought this was pretty great. Very lightly scented, which I did not mind at all. It doesn't linger; it's pretty immediate and then dissipates. I felt like it really came in handy when I needed it. I keep it in my desk drawer at work since that seems to be when I need it the most.. during the day. It really did give me a quick refreshing cool down. I was able to just spray it inconspicuously and it was awesome. I know all skin is different, but mine didn't react negatively to this, and wasn't overly sensitive. **I was able to give this a try, by receiving a free sample of it**

Refreshing mist
5This mist is refreshing and light. I get flushed often and this cooling mist is a delight! I love how it makes my skin feel. I keep this in my purse and enjoy the convenience of using it anytime. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, especially those dealing with any type of facial flushing.

Cooling Mist is just misting
3I used this cooling mist daily for about 3 weeks and was not very impressive. I didn't notice much of a difference with my exerience with hot flashes and overheating during the day.

A simple product that does provide some relief
4As a woman who faces hot flashes and flushes, anything that may provide some relief is welcome. This is a very simple product that basically does what it promises, which is to provide temporary relief from said hot flashes. I was a bit surprised the first time I used it because the main scent is rose, which seems very old-fashioned to me for a modern brand, but after googling I learned that rose essential oil is commonly associated with managing hormonal and menopausal symptoms, so it made more sense to me. The smell dissipates in a few minutes, so there's no danger of walking around smelling like a rose garden or my grandmother's vanity. With that in mind, I've leaned into using this spray whenever I feel that flush. It's especially nice to walk into a room with a fan immediately after spraying for a bigger cooling sensation.
