5Wow! I tried this not knowing what to expect, it really is great for on the go it gives you a cooling feeling and leaves your skin feeling soft. It fits in my purse perfectly, I use it everywhere i go, i will continue to use this daily as needed, I would recommend this product to all in menopause

5The first time i used this product I thought it wouldnt work the way it claimed. It does leave the skin feeling ery cool and fresh. If you are going through hot flashes, this really helps cool your sking.

Refreshing Fill
5I love this product. Any menopausal women knows what happens to her skin during and after this moat unpleasant time. I put this on my bathroom shelf and spray it on my face whenever I go to the bathroom. A few quick sprays and off I go. It has a pleasant smell as well. I will buy one to keep in my purse for on-the-go times I need a refreshment.

Hot flashes be GONE
5I received the No7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist, and as a menopausal mess I could not wait to give it a try. Not long after I opened the package, a hot flash came on and I ran for the cooling mist. I sprayed my face and gone was the hot flash. I saw myself in an old cowboy movie. The enemy was come and I pulled my secret weapon from my holster and POW!!, they were gone. I know this sounds funny, and I want to make light of it, but this No7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist works! I got on social media and ranted about it immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this to any of my friends suffering from their menopausal nightmares. Run, try it, you will thank me.

Hydrating, light, not cooling, smells like roses
4This is a much needed product for me as I am experiencing hot flashes and I am always warm too. I think it's a great idea. It's light, hydrating and feels good on but I haven't notice any cooling feeling from it. It also sprays a whole lot at once, it needs to be a lighter mist. I still like it especially during the hot summer months, it makes a great moisturizer. It feels like nothing on. I love the rose scent, it's kind or calming. It's a great idea but I feel it needs improvements.

Cooling, but scented.
4After trying my free product of No.7 cooling mist I can say I felt refreshed when I used it. However I did not like the scent. I'd rather have something unscented myself. Otherwise I would recommend.

Instant Cool Sensation!
5I love the No.7 Menopause instant cooling mist.I feel cool instantly with this product as soon as I start to have a heat flash I use it and it feels refreshing and cool instantly.It smells fresh and it honestly works fast.I recommend anyone going through menopause to use the mist it feels great as soon as you spray it on.

Great for menopausal woneny
5I received this as a test product to use and over the last couple of weeks we have had over 100* weather. Add hot flashes on top and it has been miserable! I have used this product alot the last couple of weeks and am very impressed. It didn't leave a sticky residue like I feared and helped cool me off. I would definately recommend!

Summer Relief
5This cool mist is perfect for summer to be sure. Lotions sweat off but this spray keeps my skin hydrated and smooth without being oily and it absorbs and cools instantly. I love it!

Great mist for those hot flashes!
4This was given to me free in exchange for an honest review from BzzAgent. This is a great facial mist for when you get hot flashes! After you spray it on from arm's length because the sprayer on the bottle will drench you, take a fan and wave it around your face, then you will really start to feel how cooling this product really is. It's also very hydrating and calming with rose water. You can spray it over makeup if you do what I did and transfer the bottle contents into another bottle with a better sprayer! It's a great product with just that one minor issue!
