Brightens and cools
3I received this product as part of a free sample program. I looked forward to trying this product as I'm now in perimenopause. I've only been using it about a week and haven't notice much firming. I still have the little eye crinkles when I smile so it's not very plumping or moisturizing. If you rub your eyes after the product dries, it does pill up which tells me that it's not absorbing into my skin. I do like the metal ball roller. I find the best time to use it is when my eyes are tired. The cooling effect feel nice and gives a little wake up boost. While using it, I feel more awake and refreshed. The product has brightened my undereye area though I don't have dark circles. I would recommend trying this if you're looking for depuffing and you have darkness under your eyes. For firming, not so much. This product isn't for me so I won't buy it in the future. I'll stick with my usual eye product that I love which happens to be another No 7 product.

I didn't see much of a difference
3I received this product as a "try and review". I applied twice a day morning and night but honestly, I wasn't impressed. I didn't see any difference in my eyes. The product didn't burn or feel weird, but I don't feel it really did anything other than cool my skin for a few minutes.

Very nice product
5I am 49 years old. I am starting to notice a few wrinkles under my eyes and starting to get those laugh lines. I noticed after using this, some of those little lines under my eyes, and the side of my eyes smoothed out just a bit and made my eyes look brighter and smoother. The only thing I did not like was while you roll it on there was a little bit of a sharp spot, so I think mine just had a little bit of a defect on it but other than that it has nice, smooth rollers and it absorbs into your skin very quickly. I put it on underneath my concealer. I would definitely purchase this again.

I loved the texture
5I received this product as a free sample to test and review. I have been happy with the results. It seems to work fairly well at helping my black circles (as well as previous products I have tried.) I especially liked that it was a little thicker, more like a lotion than a gel. This made it easier to apply where I wanted at not get into my eyes.

I've used other No.7 products and the Menopause Skincare Firm and Bright Eye Concentrate meets the quality and standards of their entire skincare lineup. Every woman who is or near this stage of life will appreciate the mini rollers which provide such a cooling effect during application. The cream provides hydration and leaves the eye area brighter. Firmness was noticed more just below the brow area. I look forward to continued use of this product. Don't hesitate to try No.7 Menopause Skincare Firm and Bright Eye Concentrate. It won't fall short!

3I was lucky enough to receive this product for free and was excited to try it! I have used many No7 products in the past. Unfortunately with this product, I believe I had a reaction to one of the ingredients and my eye area swelled and turned red.

2I used this product for 3 days before it started burning my under eyes. I wasn't a fan of the applicator. It has 3 small ball bearings to use to distribute product. I would rather use my finger.

Works Great
5I love No7 Menopause Skincare Firm & Bright Eye Concentrate. It helps alleviate puffiness and dark circles under eyes. Leaves skin smooth and feeling refreshed. I am very pleased with the results.

I was skeptical, but wrong!
4Thanks No7 for the free Menopause Skincare Firm & Bright Eye Concentrate! It does work! I applied it every morning and evening and did not recognize that change was happening in the day-to-day, but the pictures don't lie. I see reduced & softer lines and less discoloration of skin. I am impressed and excited to continue use.
