Overwhelming Scent - Underwhelming Results
3Immediately, it's impossible to not notice how strong the smell is…. While I do like lavender, there's something unsettling about skincare products that have too much of a scent. I will say that the product did remove a lot of my makeup but still some remained after use. It had a somewhat greasy texture to it that I also was not a fan of.

Fabulous product
5This product really made a difference in my dry skin. It went on smoothly and when washed off left your skin feeling smooth and silky. Not only do I highly recommend it but I will be switching from my regular brand to this wonderful product.

So good at makeup removal
5I wear heavy makeup, and lots of eyeliner and eyeshadow. I usually have to double cleanse and use makeup remover afterwards. With the No 7 Melting Gel Cleaners, it removes all traces of face products and 90% of eyemakeup. It leaves my skin so soft and hydrated afterwards too. I don't feel the need to recleanse my face after using it, either. It also doesn't leave my skin feeling oily at all. I will continue to use this as my main makeup removing face wash.

Soft Skin
4This is my first time using a Cleanser from No7. This No7 Melting Gel Cleanser for Dry Skin was an interesting use. Not my usual Cleanser. I loved how soft it made my skin after use. Applying to my face when dry was very different. My face felt very clean after each use as long as I rinsed the product off really well. I wasn't in love with the smell of the product. Overall it was a pretty good experience with this cleanser.

Such a pleasant surprise!
4I wanted to use this for a full 2 weeks before doing a review so I could see if the effects were initial happy ones or longer term effects. I know I received this for free but I honestly was taken aback by how well this product did with my skin! This lathers up however much you want as you apply it to your face. Once I rinsed it all off thsy first time my face felt tight, you know that super clean feeling and I was scared i would be a dried out mess in the morning if I didn't use my normal nighttime routine products. But to try the product in full I didn't apply anything, not even night cream. I woke up and was amazed my skin felt soft and wasn't dried out. I always do my normal daytime regime but at night I'm truly loving this product. Instead of applying my 20 minute regime I'm done in 5 minutes and off to bed. My face feels softer, hydrated and I am thrilled.
