Pills badly
3I have used this product for about 3 weeks, morning and evening. I also use the Renew and Restore line of products. NO 7 has said that you can use the firming booster serum with Restore and Renew serum, using the firming serum under the Restore and Renew serum, but I have to wonder if using both serums together is causing it to pill. It doesn't pill until I add my Restore and Renew day or the night moisturizer. It did not pill at all before I started using the Firming Booster Serum. I do possibly see results in my jowls, but I don't see any firming in my sagging neck skin. Perhaps I need to use it it for a longer time to see those results. NO 7, Is there something to do to stop the pilling??

Tightens my neck
5I have looked far and wide for a product that gives me immediate results with neck sag and this booster does the trick. If you use the ceramide beads it will pill, which I don't like. I still highly recommend this booster.

Absolutely nothing special about
3Absolutely nothing special about this. When I first bought it, I loved the roller balls. Felt cool, especially in the morning. I have literally used almost the whole tube, no results. I have a bad habit as a side sleeper. One side of my face needs so much more moisture and firming, especially by my eye and on my cheek. It does nothing. I gave it three stars because if you need just a decent all over moisturizer, not looking for any real firming properties, this works just ok.

No7 products work the best
5I've been using this product for awhile, and thought it was good. I love No7 products and use them regularly.The other day I put the firming booster on and my daughter stopped by. I had no makeup on and my daughter said, "your skin looks amazing". So after she left I looked in the mirror and that's when I noticed it did look good. I am 65 years old and I am lucky to have good genes I do have fine wrinkles which come with age but I am growing old graciously . I don't get any botox or had any work done. I feel No7 products work the best for me!
