Good but not Great
3The HydraLuminous+ Cooling Eye Gel is a good eye mask to wear for bed at night. I have tried it under makeup (as suggested by the packaging) but I have found that my eye makeup (the concealer) tends to cake up and it looks like your skin is peeling. I would recommend only as a night eye mask opposed to using under makeup.

Solid Eye Gel
4This eye gel has great packaging, a great price point, and is effective at getting rid of my under eye bags. I love the cooling effect, especially when my eyes feel tired. I'm only docking a star because the consistency is just ok. It leave a little residue behind.

This Product Worked and I Would Buy Again
5I have not used a product like this before. It has a soothing, cool feeling and is lightweight. It plumps up the cirlces under my eyes. It also smooths out the folded skin on my eye lids and makes my eyes look bigger. I received this product in exchance for a review.

Loved it
5I real loved the cooling effect when applied! My tired eyes felt so soothes and wonderful. The smallest amount goes a very long way, too. You don't need much product, which will make it last so much longer! Will add to my restock list :)

4I was so excited to learn that I would receive No7 HydraLuminous+ Cooling Eye Gel complimentary from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest opinion! No7 has a great line of affordable products and I felt this product would also live up to the hype! I wasn't impressed with the packaging but love that the product itself in a nice sanitary tube. This lightweight gel offers "intense 72 hour hydration" and contains "2% Hyaluronic Acid and 5% Niacinamide". Now that is a powerhouse duo! With its' cooling agents, I am super pumped to use this product during the summer. This unscented product not only hydrates but combats those under eye fines lines without any pealing effect. It absorbs pretty quickly into skin leaving a nice pallet for make-up. Would I recommend this very affordable under eye product to others? You bet I would!

Feels great under my eyes!
4This eye gel goes on very smooth and has a soothing cooling feel. My skin can be sensitive, but this was great! I didn't have any issues with it under my concealer either. It does give my under eyes a little more of a glow, but it's nothing too special. I do have pretty dark circles though. Overall, I would recommend it. It's a nice day to day eye gel.

Surprisingly very moisturizing!
5I really liked this product. I was surprised that it was so moisturizing as it is a clear bluish gel. The majority of eye creams are usually white. My eye area looks great after using for two weeks.

5I use this daily and it definitely depuffs my eye circles.. feels nice on skin and smells wonderful!
