This product is amazing
5I really enjoyed how fresh and cooling this eye gel made my under eyes feel. There was no sticky feeling left behind and it worked great under my makeup.

5The product has a blue tint which is cool! It's nice and chilly for a nice morning wake up to the under eye. While it's drying it's a little tacky but once it's no longer tacky.

Decent Product
3No7 sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. It does the job. My under eyes are hydrated but never cool. Other products have a more cooling effect but my under eyes are hydrated so it's a win for me.

Small amount needed
4I received the No7 HydraLuminous+ Cooling Eye Gel as a gift in exchange for an honest review.l. You only need a tiny amount, so despite the small-looking size, it lasts a long time. However, I didn't feel the cooling effect, even though it's supposed to have that feature. One thing I liked was that it leaves a slightly tacky feeling, which I don't mind because it makes my skin feel moisturized for longer. It also claims to protect against pollution, and I feel like the tackiness helps with that. However, it falls short on its claim of 72 hours of hydration. It's a decent under-eye moisturizer, but I didn't feel the effects lasting all day. The instructions recommend using it morning and evening for best results, which makes me question the 72-hour claim. I can't speak to how it performs under makeup since I use it only at night. Overall, it's a good product, just not my favorite. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Cooler than the otherside of the pillow
4I tried the No. 7 hydraluminous cooling eye gel for free. I gave it 4 stars because it did have a cooling hydrating feel, however it was maybe a half of day feeling. I did use it day and night. I thought it would have a firming effect to eliminate the amount of products on the face.

I like the results, but don't use under makeup
4I have used the product over 2 weeks now. I liked it when I first applied it, since it felt so different than other eye creams. It has a thick, cooling formula, but the more I used it, I didn't like how sticky it was after drying. It has a gentle cooling effect that lasts a few minutes. It is thick, so I feel it for hours after applying. I only use it at night, because it makes my make up peel up, and look horrible. However, you can't argue with the results. I have a baby, and get very little sleep, and this has made my under eyes more plump, so then my concealer can fully hide my lack of sleep. I got to try this in exchange for an honest review.

Moisturizing
5I used the No7 Hydra Luminous Cooling Eye Gel in the morning during my daily skincare routine. You literally need only the smallest dot to cover your entire under-eye and up to corner. I used it after a serum but before my moisturizer. The product dried relatively fast but did still feel a bit tacky afterwards. I could feel the subtle cooling effect immediately and it wasn't too much or overwhelming. I felt that the gel did truly moisturize my under eye and help with diminishing fine lines after makeup was applied.

Great product!
5I really love this! I've been using for about two weeks now, and love this stuff. I feel it has helped with keeping my under eye area moisturized, plumped and soft. I've started to use it on my smile lines as well since it is so plumping, and do notice a difference. My makeup is not accentuating my lines as much as it had before. The cooling sensation is subtle, which I like, and is refreshing. I definitely recommend!

5This cooling cream feels so amazing on!! I apply it in the morning and I like the cooling sensation. It helps wakes me up, depuff my eyes, and making me feels great throughout the day. The hydration is good and it lasts all day. I like that it is super affordable. Overall I like it

Cooling Comfort
4The No. 7 Hydraluminous + Eye Gel is a cooling, hydrating, and lightly firming eye gel that is best used at night time for when a refresh is needed. I like the comforting feeling of this eye gel, and no sensitivity was noticed. However, in the morning I noticed a slight gummy-like residue on my lower eye.
