Did not clean off my makeup
1When I washed my face with the cleansing lotion, makeup did come off on my wash cloth. When I used my toner, more and more makeup came off on my cotton pad. When I've used another brand of cleansing lotion, there's no trace of makeup on my cotton pad when using a toner. Therefore, I will not purchase again.

Doesn't dry my skin out
4I love this cleanser. It does It's job without drying my skin out. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't remove my waterproof mascara easily. But that said, I don't use waterproof mascara everyday so I will continue to use this cleanser. Very gentle on my skin.

Too harsh for my skin
2I used this and made the mistake of having it too close to my eye area. I'm talking about about having it about 1-1.5 inches from my eye area. It made my skin very irritated almost like it had been burned and it was very sore. Make sure you keep it at least 2 inches away from that area.
